Crazy Sunday

Well, day two was a partial fail and a partial success. I ended up working 7 hours yesterday which meant I was able to take a lunch break, as I was expecting to only work 5 hours and would therefore be exempt from having a lunch break, I was unprepared and had no lunch with me. Since lunch breaks are only 30 min long, I had to drive back home to get some money and only had time to buy something at subway thus failing my buying locally challenge for the day. I ended up buying a veggie delight sub for lunch, and had an eggplant grinder for dinner. Other than that I completed my challenges throughout the day without a hitch, oddly enough I find that I'm not yet craving meat, we'll see how long that lasts.
