Shorter shower
No heat in room at Dad's house
No chocolate/candy wrappers
No school silverware/milk
I am finally able to do a little bit with my second challenge, no heat at Dad's house. Because I am now at Dad's house. And am not using heat. The good thing about making my room unappealing is that it forces me to move into other parts of the house, like on the couch in the living room. That's nice, because it's more comfortable and better for me to work in there. Much more social - Dad reads, I work. It's nice, to have family time like that. Added benefit! When I'm feeling chilly, I also spend more time in the kitchen, around hot stoves and hot beverages. And parents. Which means I'm cooking more, which also takes my mind off being cold. You wouldn't think I'd be cold, but I'm somebody who sleeps with five quilts, sooooo....
I failed on the silverware today. Milk's easy, it's just a denial thing - that's been no problem, to exert my willpower over myself. Not having a fork is more difficult, because it requires remembering to do something in the morning. That's tough for me. Today I ate a wrapped truffle, and felt guilty about it. I got my comeuppance, though (instant karma) because it was covered in cashews and made me break out in an allergic reaction and I took Benadryl and now I'm damn SLEEPY.
