- Spend at least 5 hours outside every day
So far this has been pretty easy for me to accomplish. I carpool on the way to and from school, and I haven't eaten take out for a long time. Sadly, I don't even remember what a Baconator tastes like. I kind of miss take out, but it is nice to save money from the hundreds of dollars I would spend per month on meals. Its been really easy for me to give up video games, as they were more just a way to waste time until I could do something else. I have filled that time with reading and drawing, which I really missed. I bought a new Dip-Ink pen, one of the old style nibs, and it draws great. I think my biggest challenge is to spend 5 hours outside every day, its really kind of tough. I have at least 2-3 with frisbee, but after that I am usually exhausted and just want to relax, so I have a hard time telling myself to get outside. Its easy for me on the weekends, but during the week its tough.
